St. John Bosco Prep Hockey is pleased to announce its collaboration with St. John Bosco High School in Bellflower, California, rooted in our mutual commitment to excellence in education and athletics. This partnership embodies a shared vision, creating a dynamic relationship for our student-athletes that promotes optimal development both on and off the ice. Moreover, we are thrilled to declare The Rinks – Ice Realm Westminister as our home facility. This dual-sheet facility allows our athletes to engage in sport-specific training on and off the ice. Daily access throughout the school year allows our athletes to maximize their training opportunities and enhance their overall performance.

Born in Barcelona, Spain and raised in Ottawa, Canada, Sergio Movilla brings a diverse and international background to the game of hockey. He developed his skills playing youth hockey in Ottawa and attended Ashbury College Prep before continuing his athletic and academic journey as a collegiate athlete at Carleton University.
Sergio went on to play professionally in Europe, spending three seasons overseas. His most notable achievement came during the 2008–09 season when he helped lead FC Barcelona to an undefeated campaign and a Premier League championship. He returned the following season to represent the club in the prestigious IIHF Continental Cup.
With over a decade of coaching experience, Sergio has been a passionate leader in developing players of all levels. Based in Southern California, he has run numerous camps and clinics, focusing on skill development, hockey IQ, and mentorship.
A USA Hockey Level 4 certified coach, Sergio combines a wealth of international playing experience with a strong commitment to player growth and development, both on and off the ice.
